Program Launch: Mental Health Week 2020!

Our friends at the Mental Health Coalition of South Australia (MHCSA) have launched their program for Mental Health Week 2020! This year, Mental Health Week will be taking place from October 10 to 17 2020.

Some of the events taking place this Mental Health week include:

Artists In Conversation: Live Interview at City Library
When:  Saturday, 26 September 2020
Access2Arts is thrilled to be partnering with MHCSA and mindshare  to host exciting creative conversations for the general public, interviewing local artists with lived experience of mental illness, and reflecting on creativity and community for wellbeing.

mindshare Instagram Takeovers
When: 10-17 October 2020
make sure you follow @mindshare.sa on Instagram! You’ll be able to tune into our interactive Instagram takeovers by local lived experience ambassadors and mindshare artists all Mental Health Week.

Poetry For The Terrified: Zoom Workshop
When: Saturday, 10 October 2020. From 2pm-4pm
Poetry can be a powerful form of self-expression and is a great way to support wellbeing—improving mood, strengthening cognitive health and fostering positive self-reflection. This year, mindshare is hosting an online poetry workshop led by spoken word legends Alison Paradoxx and Wallis Prophet.
