Johanna Roberts, of Tutti Arts, is an Ngarrindjeri visual artist who enjoys working with paint.
Based in the Barossa Valley, Johanna creates works that are evocative and bold, incorporating strong lines and shapes. Johanna is a storyteller, not only through her imagery but through the thoughtfully written words that often accompany her artworks.
Johanna has exhibited in multiple SALA and Adelaide Fringe Festivals and in 2020 was awarded a scholarship through Foundation Barossa’s Concordis Social Inclusion Trust to study a Certificate IV in Visual Arts.
Johanna’s work was selected as part of statewide Indigenous exhibition ‘Our Mob’ at the Festival Theatre in 2018, 2019 and 2022. Johanna’s work was also recently selected to feature on the label of PHIL & THROPE’s wine ‘Hughesy’s Eden Valley Riesling’.
