The Jam, The Mix, The Gig

The Jam is a band style music jam session for people who identify as having a mental health condition. Instruments are provided and you don’t have previous music experience – just the desire to enjoy making music together with other people in a friendly and supportive environment.

The Jam sessions are on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, 1pm -3pm

The Mix is for people who are musically quite confident and have been coming to The JMG ‘The Jam’ sessions for some time. Attending The Mix is only by invitation of Music & Program Director, Robert Petchell

The Mix sessions are held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, 1pm – 4pm

Sessions: February – November

Venue: Prospect Town Hall, 126 Prospect Road, Prospect
