At Access2Arts, we believe the arts are for everyone. We exist to break down barriers and build a thriving, inclusive arts community where d/Deaf and disabled people can thrive through not only participation, but through their leadership.

We are currently seeking passionate and values-aligned individuals to join our voluntary Board of Directors, including one opportunity to step into an Executive position as Secretary.

This is a unique chance to bring your skills, passion, and voice to an organisation that is leading change locally, nationally, and internationally.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for Board Directors who:

• Identify as d/Deaf or disabled and/or are actively involved in the arts community.
• Are committed to inclusive leadership and social impact.
• Have experience or interest in governance, the arts, or community leadership.
• Can bring their unique lived experience to guide our strategy and impact.

We strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including First Nations peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, and LGBTQIA+ community members.

A Board Executive (Secretary) position is available for a suitable applicant who is detail-oriented and interested in supporting governance documentation and compliance.
